一、服務內容

AI智囊 YT小幫手是協助 YouTube 創作者的 AI 助理功能：整理留言摘要、用創作者的口吻擬回覆、偵測垃圾與負評、產生每週數據報告。AI 只擬草稿，任何會改變你頻道內容的動作都要你按確認後才執行。

二、YouTube 服務條款

本服務使用 YouTube API Services。使用本服務即表示你同意受 YouTube 服務條款約束，並了解 Google 依其隱私權政策處理你的資料。你也可以隨時到 Google 安全性設定撤銷本服務的存取權。

三、你的責任

你必須是該 YouTube 頻道的擁有者或已獲授權的管理者。
你對自己按下確認所送出的內容（回覆、隱藏、刪除、封鎖、修改等）負責；請在送出前檢視預覽。
不得利用本服務發送垃圾訊息、騷擾、詐騙、侵權或違反 YouTube 社群規範與法律的內容，也不得規避 YouTube 的使用限制。

四、額度與限制

YouTube API 有每日配額；為了讓所有使用者公平使用，本服務依方案限制每個頻道每天可代送的動作數量，到達上限時草稿會保留，額度重置後再送。配額與功能可能因 Google 規定而調整。

資料如何使用、保存與刪除，請見隱私權政策。

六、終止與撤銷

你可以隨時解除連結（對 AI 助理說「解除 YouTube」）或於 Google 帳戶撤銷授權，我們會立即清除相關憑證與資料。我們也可能因濫用或違反條款而暫停服務。

七、免責聲明

AI 產生的內容可能不完整或不適當；本服務依現況提供，不保證不中斷或完全無誤。在法律允許範圍內，我們不對因使用或無法使用本服務造成的間接損失負責。服務可能因 Google／YouTube API 變動而調整。

Summary (English)

AI智囊 YT小幫手 helps YouTube creators with comment digests, reply drafts in their own voice, spam/negative comment handling, and weekly analytics. The AI only drafts; every action affecting your channel requires your explicit confirmation. By using the service you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You must own or be authorized to manage the channel, and you are responsible for content you confirm. Daily action limits apply per plan because of YouTube API quota.
