本政策說明當你把 YouTube 頻道連結到 AI智囊 YT小幫手時，我們會存取哪些 Google／YouTube 資料、如何使用、保存多久，以及你如何撤銷與刪除。本服務使用 YouTube API Services，使用本服務即表示你同意受 YouTube 服務條款約束；Google 的資料處理請見 Google 隱私權政策。
一、我們存取的資料與用途

我們不要求也不存取收益資料，不存取你的 Google 密碼，也不使用上述以外的權限。
二、資料如何處理
- 由你自己的 AI 助理處理：留言與數據只會送到你自己的 AI智囊 助理（由 Anthropic 的 Claude 模型處理文字）用來整理與擬稿。
- 不販售、不做廣告：我們不出售、不出租、不轉讓你的 Google 使用者資料，不用於廣告或個人化廣告、不用於訓練通用模型，也不提供給無關第三方。
- 人員不任意查看：我們的人員不會閱讀你的留言內容或數據，除非你明確同意協助排查問題，或法律要求。
- 明確同意才代為動作：任何會對你的頻道產生變動的動作（回覆、隱藏、刪除、封鎖、修改、上傳），都必須由你在聊天軟體按下確認按鈕，系統在伺服器端強制檢查；AI 本身無法送出。
- 我們依 Google API Services User Data Policy（含 Limited Use 規定）使用與傳輸從 Google API 取得的資訊：AI智囊's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
三、儲存方式與保存期限

四、撤銷授權與刪除資料
- 在聊天中對 AI 助理說「解除 YouTube」（或由管理後台操作）：我們當下向 Google 撤銷憑證，並刪除該頻道的所有資料（留言、影片資料、Analytics 數據、草稿與動作內容、容器內的快取，以及 AI 工作區中的「YT小幫手」資料夾：口吻檔、週報、健檢）。依規定最慢 7 天內刪除，實務上是立即執行。
- 你也可以隨時到 https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions 撤銷 AI智囊 的存取權；我們一偵測到授權失效就會通知你重新授權，並保留資料最多 7 天（讓 Google 測試期過期的授權可以立刻接回來）；7 天內沒有重新授權，就視同撤銷，自動刪除該頻道的所有資料。
- 要求刪除或查詢你的資料：寫信到 contact@x-o.tw。
五、兒童
本服務不是為 13 歲以下兒童設計，也不會刻意蒐集兒童的個人資料。
六、資料安全
憑證加密存放、金鑰與資料庫分開保存；通訊使用 HTTPS；每個客戶只能存取自己的頻道，伺服器端強制檢查。
七、政策修改
政策若有重大修改，會更新本頁並更新生效日期；涉及新增權限時會重新取得你的同意。

Summary (English)
We access, with your consent, two scopes: youtube.force-ssl (read your channel's videos and comments; after you confirm each action, reply to / moderate comments or edit video metadata) and yt-analytics.readonly (read-only channel analytics). Data is used only to provide the assistant features to you (comment digest, reply drafts, spam/abuse flags, weekly report). Your data is processed by your own AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude processes the text); we do not sell it, use it for advertising, or let staff read it without your consent. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on our control server and never given to the AI runtime. Comment text and video data are deleted after at most 30 days; analytics numbers may be kept; the action log is kept 90 days with content cleared after 30. You can revoke access at any time at Google security settings or via our disconnect command, which immediately revokes the token and deletes your data (within 7 days at the latest by policy). Our use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
